Suspect arrested on multiple felony charges 
during burglary investigation in San Jacinto

In a press release by the San Jacinto Police Department released yesterday, it was described that on September 18, 2015, at approximately 05:08 p.m., a deputy from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department's San Jacinto police station responded to a residence in the 900 block of Newport Drive regarding a possible burglary in-progress. 

Upon arrival, the deputy located and detained 27-years-old Ryan Carson. During the course of the investigation, Carson was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and he had no legal or valid reason to have been at the residence where the burglary had been reported. Carson was subsequently arrested for trespassing, being under the under the influence of a controlled substance, providing false information to a peace officer and violation of probation. 

Carson was later booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility without incident.

In their press release, the San Jacinto Police Department reminded it's citizens that, "All arrests are public information and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court.
