Jerry lane Bomb Final Update Release on WAS IT or WAS IT NOT a Bomb?



Our report came in to us tonight from RIverside County Sheriff Dept stating that When the Sheriff Dept with the Bomb Squad was on this scene on Jerry Lane / Olive Ave in a mobile home for several hours did detain one item that we can not describe how it was made.

However after speaking several days with Riverside County deputy Mike Vasquez as the investifgation progressed stated in our report that this was indeed a dangerous explosive devise that was placed at the location.
The Homemade explosive device was removed from the scene by the bomb squad and Riverside county Sheriff Dept and was taken to a safe location and was dismantled safely ..

Norco Deputies Arrest Burglary Mail theft Felon

Norco Deputies, noticed a Male suspect as matching the description of a photo of taken during the Eastvale Mid-Hill Golf Center burglary that endured on November 17, 2015. They observed a female walking along side of him, then initiated a investigatory stop of the two subjects as they knew the male subject was also on probation.

Deputies made identification of the male and female subjects as being a Norco Resident 34 year old Casey Everette Whitley, and 24 year old Cynthia Lauraine Yates, also of Norco.

Cynthia Lauraine Yates was in possession of mail stolen from the Hampton Inn 1530 Hamner Ave, Norco, CA 92860.
Cynthia Yates, was arrested and cite-released for possession of stolen property. Casey Whitley, was Arrested and booked into the Robert Presley detention center for burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Hemet Sheriff's Station and San Jacinto Police Department conducted routine compliance checks on 41 registered sex offenders.

Details:

On November 27, 2015, investigators from the Hemet Sheriff's Station and San Jacinto Police Department conducted routine compliance checks on 41 registered sex offenders. These compliance checks occurred in the communities of the Hemet Valley area and the city of San Jacinto.  During these checks, 36 of the registered sex offenders were found to be in compliance with the law, and no arrests were made. The remaining 5 offenders were not home during the time of the compliance check. Additional follow-up and checks will be conducted to verify their compliance with the law.


The investigators from the San Jacinto Police Department and the Hemet Sheriff's Station are responsible for conducting random visits of all registered sex offenders living within their jurisdiction. These checks are conducted to continually improve the quality of life within these areas and ensure the safety of the community.  The Hemet Sheriff's Station along with San Jacinto Police Department are committed to take all enforcement measures against any subject found to be willfully out of compliance with the terms of their mandatory registration requirements.

Hemet Homicide seeks witness of a Death 11_28_2015 3:05AM Menlo Ave. east of Buena Vista St

Hemet Police Officers were summoned to a body found in the roadway of the 500 block of East Menlo ave in the city of Hemet on November, 28, 2015 3:59 a.m.. The investigation reviled that the death is considered a homicide and that the body of a adult Hispanic male had been dead for sometime prior to the call.

Code Blue is called at Devonshire Care Center Hemet Fire E-1 and AMR Responds in seconds

Please say a prayer for a resident who was called CODE BLUE at Devonshire Care Center on Devonshire in Hemet .
All nurses and staff responded fast and Hemet Fire E-1 as well AMR within seconds.Patient is stable and is being transported to the Hospital

Wednesday morning fatality Hwy 74 Steinhoff Avenue, Hemet CA 11/25/2015

On November 25, 2015 at 07:05 am, A Hemet Resident David Preciado 26 years old was succumbed to injuries sustained when the 1988 Jeep Cherokee he was driving was struck head on.

CHP Officer Mike Lassig Stated that Hector Suarez Carreon a 27 year old male was driving his Ford ranger west bound on Highway 74 about 60 miles per hour and crossed the over into east bounds lanes that David Preciado was traveling in. Mr Preciado tried to avoid being struck by Hector Carreon though it was too late, to maneuver to avoid the crash.

The Collision caused Mr. Preciado Jeep to a spin across west bound lanes, and rolling over the embankment, ejecting him from the vehicle, causing massive injuries, he died 56 minutes later at the Menifee Valley Medical Center.

27 year old Hector Suarez Carreon, was treated for minor injuries and booked into the South West detention center on suspicion of Gross vehicular manslaughter.

Details:

During the month of November there were several incidents reported to authorities of a potential phone scam/fraud. The unknown suspects are targeting mainly the elderly with threats of arrest if they did not send money to pay for a warrant or a failure to appear. Since most of the victims have never had any prior contact with law enforcement they are eager to prevent being arrested. The suspects have identified themselves as "Agents of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department."
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department would like to warn the public of these types of phone scams/fraud which increase around the holidays. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department nor the Riverside County Courts will call citizens asking for money. Never send money to anyone unless you are confident of the recipient. Anyone with information about these incidents are encouraged to call Investigator Porrazzo at the Hemet Sheriff's Station at (951) 791-3400.

Interstate 215 Assault on 18 month old Plead Guilty


Nicolas Lopez Garcia, 44,

During a Preliminary Hearing held Tuesday November 24, 2015 Nicolas Lopez Garcia, 44 and the District Attorneys Office met to discus sufficient grounds for evidence for trial after Nicolas Lopez Garcia, Pleaded not guilty in May of 2015 to the charges. The plea deal is written as
Under the deal, Garcia admitted the attempted murder count, as well as two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and sentence-enhancing allegations of using a weapon in the commission of a felony and inflicting great bodily injury.
In exchange, the District Attorney’s Office dropped two other assault counts, and charges of attempted kidnapping, child abuse and resisting arrest against the defendant.



On May 11, 2015 at 1:20 am, a Family of five was traveling along the Northbound 215 just before Newport Road. There 1990 Mazda Hatchback encountered a flat tire requiring them to pull off to the shoulder.

44 year old Nicolas Lopez Garcia, was walking along the south bound lanes until he seen the Mazda Hatchback, he then crossed the freeway and grabbed a broken Mile Highway Marker began busting windows of the vehicle while the family was changing their tire. An 18 month old male child was seated in the back seat when Nicolas Lopez Garcia began to slash the child with broken edges of the mile highway marker, while trying to nab the child out of the seat.

Three adults of the family tried to subdue or take the broken high marker away from Nicolas Lopez Garcia though were inured in the process, forcing them to get in their car and drive away to another location where they called 911.

The CHP responded and located Nicolas Lopez Garcia, at the scene where he was trying to light children toys on fire including a book. The 18 month old and the mother were transported to the Inland Valley Medical. The 18 month old suffered lacerations to his neck and hands, and the mother suffered severe non life threatening injuries.

CHP Officers had extinguished the fire, and tried to detain Nicolas Lopez Garcia. After Garcia refused to cooperate with CHP commands they used the Non life threatening Taser. Nicolas Lopez Garcia was booked into Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, on attempted murder charges, will full harm to a child, assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and being under the influence.

Holiday thefts have started

    


The joyous holidays are here, along with a increase in thefts. Reports of packages that have been delivered, though no where to be found, when receiver tries to find them.

      The day after a father and son installed a lighted Christmas tree in there front yard. They went to see that the lights came on, though the tree was gone. The stakes that held and the ripped wires for the lights is all that remained.
If you happen to get glance at activities that seem suspicious. Get the best description you can.
If you know the possible victim and can communicate with them verifying the incident, or call the police and let decide if it was a crime or otherwise.

Missing Person Angela Castro Found

Riverside County Sheriff reported that Angela Castro has been found Moreno Valley Police Officers Responded to a Missing Adult whom walked away from the Medical Center on November 23, 2015 at 10:15. She was reported found at 7:30pm.

Russian jet shot down: Video shows aircraft plummeting towards ground

Russian authorities have confirmed the jet was theirs, but denied it was in Turkish airspace
Francois Hollande is in Washington for talks with Barack Obama on the international strategy against Isis today
Turkey has shot down a Russian military jet which it says violated its airspace near the Syrian border.
A military official, quoted by Turkey's Dogan news agency, said the plane was shot down by Turkish F16s, and that the pilots were given repeated prior warning.

I spoke with the press info officer just now and he is working on digging up the info u requested and said it will probably be some time Monday (DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS ) till he can get the answers I am wanting on behalf of the community.
RSO Press release officer  stated that they yet have released a press release for this situation . I have been working this information as along with other details from my hspt bed the last few days. 
I been promising a release but I can't release anything Until we have all details in order so it's all factual for our community

Still no press release just got off phone with PIO. ..hopefully by tomorrow morning they stated. They will Contact myself or Laurie Cain by phone when they go to release it due to they know we have so many concerned citizens so we can get the word out to you.

Bomb update 
Rso just notified hemeteyenews that it is now safe and all residents can.Now return home police will still be on scene for awhile and stated it is NOW safe to return to their homes . No updates on what was found until press release comes out.







UPDATE #3 


Police just found another device and now are working with it now. 
They stated that it will be another 45 mins to an hour till we will know anything else on this
new device found in home.

Bomb Squad now has the device inside the  Bomb Diffusion chamber 
and police are now searching the house .

UPDATE ON Olive & Jerry Bomb issue 

Laurie Cain​ again is on scene . She is speaking with the neighbor of the home and home stated that person was evicted from the home so he moved out.  The person who moved is accused of leaving a bomb in the home.

Neighbors stated that it could be just a propane tank in the house but that is not confirmed.




The Neighbor stated he was real good friends with this person and vouched for his character that this person is not this type of person and would never think of anything of doing anything as such due to he knows it would hinder the safety of his 2 babies who they have living next door . 

I spoke to Rso Pio and he said that the bomb squad is still investigating the suspicious device . 

 RSO is getting ready to put out a press release so we are standing by for the press release
