Hemet's Historic Potato factory burns to the ground at 250 E. Meier St

What use to be Hemet's Historic Potato factory located at 250 E. Meier St burned to the ground tonight as flames torched the historical building on Monday Night 
Sept 7, 2015. 

Cal Fire and the Murrieta Fire Department responded within minuets and jumped into action fighting the 2 alarm fire.  

This building has been vacant for a few years and the cause of the fire is being investigated. There was a report that some one stated which was heard over the fire dept radio transmission that there were 2 females seen with lighters that may caused the fire but at this time all leads are being investigated.
