Ladies Beware ! Facebook Sexual Predator in the Inland Empire is Striking again !

Back in October 2015 CBSLA done a story on a sexual predator using FB to lure women. He stated on Tv that his facebook was hacked and he was the victim.
Well he is at it again using the same methods but under a different name !

Below is the story CBSLA put out last year.

PERRIS (CBSLA.com)
 — A warning is being issued in the Inland Empire after police say a man trolling a social media site is posing as a priest and targeting women. As CBS2/KCAL9’s Crystal Cruz reports, the post from the man claiming to be a manager at Walmart caught the attention of one social media user named “Vicky.”
The name of the user on the post was identified Martin Alvarez, although Alvarez tells Cruz he was hacked.“ He told me that he could interview me at 10,” said “Vicky” who explains at 10 p.m. was too late for her.She struck up an online conversation with the person behind the post and she says it quickly turned sexual.
“He then said he wanted to make a deal with me and I asked him, ‘What is the deal?’ Then that’s when he offered to pay for sex,” she said.“ Vicky” also knew something was fishy when she saw a second post from the man claiming to be a priest at church in Perris, planning a women’s retreat.
“I called the church and they said they didn’t have any affiliations with him. I called Walmart, no affiliations,” she said. Both the church and Walmart told CBS2 the same thing.“ Vicky” filed a police report.
As Cruz reports, the 22-year-old man claims he’s actually the victim. He said he was hacked and explains that he reported it to police.“ The officers told me, ‘We can’t do nothing about it until something really happens. Now with this one with the priest and Walmart, it’s like, well, that’s not me,” he said.
The Sheriff’s Department is aware of the posts and encourage people to report any suspicious activity.
LOOKS LIKE HE IS AT IT AGAIN !

HERE IS ANOTHER ONE

This was sent to us at Hemet Eye News on Facebook

URGENT REVIEW to URGENT EDITORIAL
I felt an obligation to share the following regarding the recent Valley Chronicle "Opinion Piece" regarding Measure E. First and foremost, I Will go on record that it crosses both ethical and professional standards for journalism... Both Chief Dave Brown and myself have provided extensive information, data and background to Eric Buskirk - that's what you should do - and did, he failed to do his due diligence - simply put, he refused to use the information that is validated, instead using flawed data, political motivated trash talk - selling his objectivity and credibility along a the way.
I have provided all of our data, posting our deployment analysis report, performance metrics, have shared what we have accomplished and have engage in open and honest dialogue, that is and will be my continued focus. We cannot control those that continue to attempt to destroy our community - As your Fire Chief we speak as one, for "we" are the force multiplier for what our Community stands for - Our pride and our commitment bar none will prevail - Do not be intimidated, do not allow a tabloid like Opinion piece get in the way of our efforts of making our City stronger for all - as always, please call me if you have any questions

Hemet's crime rate is the highest in the area, more than twice San Jacinto's, in spite of spending the same amount per capita and having about the same number of duty officers per thousand residents. Data compiled below (FBI crime statistics, Hemet PD and Riverside County District Attorney).

With Measure E Hemet's fire costs be the highest in the area, nearly four times per capita (resident) higher than San Jacinto. * Hemet 2015-16 includes Measure E tax (which would go into effect 2017). Of $10m expected tax revenues, $6.7m would go to police, $3.3m would go to fire, $0 to non-Public Safety. photo by Contributed.

Absentee ballots for the Tuesday, June 7th election are out. We Hemet residents and business owners are in a precarious and nearly unprecedented situation wherein a tremendous amount of money and effort is being expended to get voters to pass what would be Hemet's the largest ever tax increase ($10 million or more than a 25% tax increase). And all of this with almost no opposing viewpoint.

HEMET POLICE SIDE OF THE STORY.

Happy Friday Hemet! Let's Clean Up Some Rumors and Put Them to Bed...
During the Measure E education process we continue to hear questions about rumors that have been repeated in the Valley for years. We quickly attempt to answer the questions and clarify our position as your police department. Because we continue to hear them we have decided to address them to our social media friends in hopes that when you hear the question(s) in the future you will be empowered to confidently answer them or share our post. It is our job as your police department to keep you educated on the issues we face daily and we pride ourselves on being up front, honest, and transparent. We also understand that no matter how many times we say it there will be a few that simply won’t believe it, and that’s ok. I have been gratefully employed with the City of Hemet for over 25 years and those of you in the community that personally know me can attest that I would not make these statements unless I was positive that I was sharing the truth.
Here we go…
1. Why does the city continue to take money from other cities that are sending their probationers and parolees to Hemet?
Answer: The City of Hemet has never taken or received money from any entity to relocate people into Hemet that have been convicted of criminal charges. California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and Riverside County Probation have the responsibility of placing those that are released from jail or prison back into the community. The reality is, our officers work very hard every year and arrest a lot of people for committing various crimes. They are then released back into the communities where they were arrested or lived. Both CDCR and Probation can transfer people from one jurisdiction to another through a process but generally only do so if the probationer/parolee has some type of support system available. Bottom line is, Hemet has never received a dime from anyone to let a convicted felon move into town.
For more information on Parole conditions please visit:http://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Parole/Parole_Conditions/index.html
2. Why does the City of Hemet allow so many Section 8 homes in Hemet?
Answer: The City has no control or jurisdiction over Section 8 housing. It is a program that is run by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and it is administered locally by the Riverside County Economic Development Department-Housing Office. There is currently a 3-year waiting list to qualify for a Section 8 housing voucher in Riverside County but once a person qualifies they can take their voucher to any state of in the nation, since it is a Federal program. The recipient can use their voucher in Memphis, Honolulu, Miami, or Hemet! Our low-income seniors have filled the vast majority of the Section 8 vouchers in Hemet. There is also some benefit to the law enforcement when we compare a Section 8 problem location with a location (apartment or home) that is not a Section 8 rental. All Section 8 recipients have very strict rules about who can live at the location and can have their voucher removed if they engage in criminal conduct. As a matter of fact, our officers recently went out with housing officials and served warrants at Section 8 locations because of some violations of their “rental contract.” We are unable to apply the same rules to non-section 8 residents. Bottom Line is, the City has no control over section 8, but seniors are using most of the vouchers in Hemet, and officers have the ability to take enforcement action simply because of rental contract violations, unlike non Section 8 homes. For more information on Section 8 please visit: http://www.harivco.org/…/ProgramsVou…/tabid/71/Default.aspx…
3. We have heard there is a billboard in Los Angeles that advertises that Hemet is a cheap place to live and people should move here. Why hasn’t the City done anything about that?
Answer: No one that works for the City has ever seen the “famous billboard” and we have continually offered $100 to anyone who can give us the location of it. Bottom line is, it doesn’t exist to our knowledge, and over the last decade no one has collected the $100 reward! With that said, Hemet is known to have a more affordable cost of living that many other areas in Southern California, which is why many of us chose to move to the Valley.
Your Hemet Police Department will continue to fight diligently to make the quality of life better for Hemet residents, businesses, and visitors. Policing in 2016 takes the unconditional support of the community, which we continue to enjoy. Please feel free to contact us with questions and concerns and be sure to visit the link below on the FACTS behind Measure E. Have a great weekend.

May 18 2016, at approximately 7:00 PM, a vehicle crashes into a wall and busts into flames at 3964 W Thornton Ave, Hemet, CA. A Letter well said to our Senators from a very upset Veteran .

From a 78 year old (in 2013) Army Veteran. Says it pretty well.

Dear Senators:
I have tried to live by the rules my entire life. My father was a Command
Sergeant Major, U.S. Army, who died of combat related stresses shortly
after his retirement. It was he who instilled in me those virtues he felt
important - honesty, duty, patriotism and obeying the laws of God and of our
various governments. I have served my country, paid my taxes, worked hard,
volunteered and donated my fair share of money, time and artifacts.

Today, as I approach my 79th birthday, I am heart-broken when I look at my
country and my government. I shall only point out a very few things
abysmally wrong which you can multiply by a thousand fold. I have calculated
that all the money I have paid in income taxes my entire life cannot even keep
the Senate barbershop open for one year! Only Heaven and a few
tight-lipped actuarial types know what the Senate dining room costs
the taxpayers.

So please, enjoy your haircuts and meals on us.
Last year, the president spent an estimated $1.4 billion on himself and
his family. The vice president spends $ millions on hotels. They have had 8
vacations so far this year! And our House of Representatives and Senate
have become America's answer to the Saudi royal family. You have become the
"perfumed princes and princesses" of our country.
In the middle of the night, you voted in the Affordable Health Care Act,
a.k.a. "Obamacare," a bill which no more than a handful of senators or
representatives read more than several paragraphs, crammed it down our throats,
and then promptly exempted yourselves from it substituting your own
taxpayer-subsidized golden health care insurance.

You live exceedingly well, eat and drink as well as the "one percenters,"
consistently vote yourselves perks and pay raises while making 3.5 times
the average U.S. individual income, and give up nothing while you (as well
as the president and veep) ask us to sacrifice due to sequestration (for
which, of course, you plan to blame the Republicans, anyway).
You understand very well the only two rules you need to know - (1) How to
get elected, and (2) How to get re-elected. And you do this with the aid of
an eagerly willing and partisan press, speeches permeated with a certain
economy of truth, and by buying the votes of the greedy, the ill-informed
and under-educated citizens (and non-citizens, too, many of whom do vote )
who are looking for a handout rather than a job. Your so-called "safety net"
has become a hammock for the lazy.

And, what is it now, about 49 or 50 million on food stamps
 - pretty much all Democrat voters - and the program is
absolutely rife with fraud and absolutely no congressional oversight?
I would offer that you are not entirely to blame. What changed you is the
seductive environment of power in which you have immersed yourselves. It
is the nature of both houses of Congress which requires you to subordinate
your virtue in order to get anything done until you have achieved a
leadership role.
To paraphrase President Reagan, it appears that the second
oldest profession (politics), bears a remarkably strong resemblance to
the oldest.
As the hirsute first Baron John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton (1834 -
1902), English historian and moralist, so aptly and accurately stated, "Power
tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are
almost always bad men." I'm only guessing that this applies to the female sex
as well. Tell me, is there a more corrupt entity in this country than
Congress?

While we middle class people continue to struggle, our government becomes
less and less transparent, more and more bureaucratic, and ever so much
more dictatorial, using Czars and Secretaries to tell us (just to mention a
very few) what kind of light bulbs we must purchase, how much soda or
hamburgers we can eat, what cars we can drive, gasoline to use, and what
health care we must buy.
Countless thousands of pages of regulations strangle
our businesses costing the consumer more and more every day.
As I face my final year, or so, with cancer, my president and my
government tell me "You'll just have to take a pill," while you, Senator, your
colleagues, the president, and other exulted government officials and their
families will get the best possible health care on our tax dollars until you
are called home by your Creator while also enjoying a retirement beyond my
wildest dreams, which of course, you voted for yourselves and we pay for.

The chances of you reading this letter are practically zero as your staff
will not pass it on, but with a little luck, a form letter response might
be generated by them with an auto signature applied, hoping we will believe
that you, our senator or representative, has heard us and actually cares.
This letter will, however, go on line where many others will have the
chance to read one person's opinion, rightly or wrongly, about this government,
its administration and its senators and representatives.
I only hope that occasionally you might quietly thank the taxpayer for all
the generous entitlements which you have voted yourselves, for which, by
law, we must pay, unless, of course, it just goes on the $19 trillion
national debt for which your children and ours, and your grandchildren and ours,
ad infinitum, must eventually try to pick up the tab.

My final thoughts are that it must take a person who has either lost his
or her soul, or conscience, or both, to seek re-election and continue to
destroy the country that I deeply love. You have put it so far in debt
that we will never pay it off while your lot improves by the minute, because of your power.

For you, Senator, will never stand up to the rascals in your House who
constantly deceive the American people. And that, my dear Senator, is how
power has corrupted you and the entire Congress. The only answer to clean
up this cesspool is term limits. This, of course, will kill the goose
that lays your golden eggs.
And woe be to him (or her) who would dare to bring it up.
Sincerely,
Bill Schoonover

A Hemet man was arrested Monday afternoon after stealing a purse from a senior citizen

Good Citizens Make Apprehension of Robbery Suspect...
A Hemet man was arrested Monday afternoon after stealing a purse from a senior citizen.
At about 3:27 pm on Monday the 16th, the Hemet Police Dispatch Center received a call about a ‘strong arm’ robbery that had just occurred in the 700 block of E. Latham Ave. The reporting party provided a description of the suspect and told dispatch that he was last seen running north on Taylor St.
As officers were responding, another witness called and told dispatch that several bystanders had chased the suspect through a park in the area and detained him in the 600 block of E. Latham Ave. Officers responded to the location and detained the suspect, Timothy Helton, for robbery.
Further investigation revealed that Helton forcibly grabbed the purse from the arm of the eighty year old female victim and ran into Weston Park. Several citizens saw the crime and chased Helton through the park and ultimately detained him until officers arrived. As Helton was running, he dropped the victim’s purse which was recovered and returned to the victim. Helton was positively identified as the suspect by the victim and several witnesses.
Thankfully, the victim was not injured and all of her property was returned.
Helton was arrested for Robbery and Elder abuse and later transported to the Riverside County Jail.
Arrested: Timothy Helton, 29 year old Hemet Transient
Charges: Robbery and Elder Abuse
Bail: $30,000.00
