Stolen SUV leads Police on Chase ends in Crashing leading police to foot pursuit

Subject steals Suv from State Street & Esplanade St  and leads police on pursuit that ended with subject crashing on Artesia St just off of Jordan and Allasandro St leading police on foot pursuit bringing out the RSO Sheriff Chopper and K9 units that searched the surrounding area leading officers to unable to locate.
