After the Jury had deliberated for 2 days finally reached an unanimous decision.
The Murrieta jury recommended Wednesday that Francisco Roy Zavala receives the Death Penalty and be put to death for the murder of the Hemet Teen ,Eric Ronald Sargeant when he stabbed him 10 times during an attempted robbery of the teen's cellular phone .

Such a tragic, tragic story. Every time I drive down the main road to get to Walmart, I think of that precious child. His phone was a gift if I remember correctly. Love and prayers always to his family and friends.
