Missing Person at Risk 76-year-old male was last seen driving eastbound on Interstate 210 in the Monrovia area of Los Angeles County at 1:45 PM.





UPDATE 
JAMES LANE CANNON HAS BEEN FOUND !


On Friday, January 1, 2016, about 6:15 PM, deputies from the Norco Sheriff’s Station responded to a call of a missing at-risk adult in the 900 block of La Quinta Way in Norco. Deputies learned James Lane Cannon, a 76-year-old male was last seen driving eastbound on Interstate 210 in the Monrovia area of Los Angeles County at 1:45 PM. He was following his wife to their residence in Norco when his wife lost sight of his vehicle. He was last seen driving a white, 2008 Toyota Tundra, Ca license # 8T67989 with minor rear bumper damage. An extensive search of the area was conducted but Cannon has not been located at this time.
Cannon is described as a white elderly male who stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. Cannon has a grey and white beard and mustache. Cannon was last seen wearing tan-colored pants with a black hoodie with the insignia of Las Vegas on the front of it. Cannon also has a tattoo of a heart with the word “mom” inscribed on his right shoulder. According to Cannon’s family he suffers from dementia and is insulin dependent. Cannon is not in possession of a cell phone.  A Silver Alert was issued through the California Highway Patrol in an effort to locate Cannon.
