R.I.P Lucky killed by Stray Bullet fired possible during the new years celebration.

Jessee Goss, was 4 years old when she got a horse that was also 4 years old. They grew up together protected each other, and brought happiness to each other.
January 1, 2015 Jessee Started the new year of 2016, finding her horse, Lucky slumped over in his stall. While raising the horse it was discovered that Lucky was struck by bullet.
They are suspecting that it was a stray bullet fired possible during the new years celebration.
The city has laws about firing weapons and they do specify the city limits. As un-forsaken as laws might be they designed to prevent such terrible tragic accidents that this may have been.
Lucky was great friend and great health.
