One person was stabbed in the throat as in pic below.
One other was stabbed in the Leg and the other subject was stabbed in the shoulder.

HEMET – Three victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries when they were slashed and stabbed – one in the neck – in a wild melee that happened at a Halloween party Saturday, Oct. 29. The incident happened at a home in the 2500 block of Alicia Place in the City of Hemet.

Hemet Police Officers responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon at the home at 10:46 p.m. Several frantic witnesses called 911 to report a victim being stabbed and other subjects involved in a violent physical altercation.

Hemet police officers arrived two minutes after they were dispatched the call. Just before the first officer arrived at the chaotic scene, 911 callers told City of Hemet emergency dispatchers that people were holding a person down on Alicia Place.

When the officer arrived at the residence he reported one subject, who has not been identified and was armed with a machete, was running westbound on Alicia Place towards Tori Drive.

The officer held the uncooperative subject at gunpoint; while issuing him loud, verbal commands to drop his weapon and get on the ground.

As of this report, Hemet police officials had not yet announced if the man detained with the machete was the suspect or one of the victims who had been defending himself.

After the officer detained the machete-wielding man he called for paramedics and other emergency first responders.

The officer advised paramedics were needed for three victims including the person who was detained and had sustained a laceration to their arm; one victim at Alicia Place and Tori Drive and another victim at the residence where the incident occurred on Alicia Place.

Hemet firefighters and AMR medics, who had staged around the corner from the scene of the party, arrived one minute later.

Numerous officers converged on the scene and closed off Alicia Place. At one point bystanders wrote on social media about seeing the entire block lined with police and fire vehicles and officials, and several ambulances that had all responded to the emergency.

During their investigation, officers interviewed everyone from the party, the three victims, and all other witnesses.

The most severely injured victim suffered a stab wound to the neck. All three subjects were treated at the scene before they were taken by ambulances to a nearby hospital. All were later released from the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Hemet police officials have stated detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Halloween party melee.
