Structure Fire on First & Meed St in San Jacinto

Riverside County Fire Dept responded to First & Meed St in San Jacinto to a Residential Fire.
When units arrived they noticed heavy Smoke & Fire coming from the home which was extinguished very quickly with in 15 mins of arrival.

Riverside County Fire Reported that there were no injuries involved. The Fire was handled by Riverside County Fire, CalFire and San Jacinto Units. Mutual Aid was supported by Soboba Engine 1
Riverside County Fire stated the fire started from contents inside of a room however the resident stated to our reporter Ricardo Ruelas that the fire started by them leaving the stove on and forgot about it.  Riverside County Fire and CalFire is still handling an investigation to confirm the cause of the fire.
