On 01/19/15, at about 10:46 a.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department conducted an arrest warrant service at a residence in the 200 block of Grand Army Avenue. Annette Quintana (32 yrs) was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a 496(d) PC, possession of stolen property. Quintana was booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility.
