We have staffed our new Restoring Our Community Strategy Unit aka ROCS Unit. The Unit is comprised of 4 officers and a supervisor who will go into the community as a proactive, 2 officer team and target quality of life issues that we often hear complaints about. They are spending much of their time in our parks and the downtown corridor. The Team will also concentrate on drug and gang related nuisance properties and properties that are identified as a chronic nuisance.
