Juveniles Arrested for Early Morning CVS Burglaries



The Hemet San Jacinto Valley suffered an increase of burglaries to closed businesses over the past 2 weeks. At about 2:30AM on Monday, June 3rd, City of Hemet Police responded to the CVS located at 3055 W Florida Ave regarding an alarm activation.

The alarm company reported subjects running from the business. Officers located 3 male juveniles near the business, who were linked to the CVS alarm activation and where a burglary had just occurred.

The juveniles were arrested for 459PC – Burglary related to the CVS incident. All three juveniles were transported to Southwest Juvenile Hall. The juveniles reside in the City of Hemet, one is 15- years old and the other two are 14-years of age.

The juveniles are believed to be responsible for additional commercial burglaries that occurred in the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto. Investigations are on-going.
