On Saturday, April 30, 2016, at approximately 5:15 PM, officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to the Stater Bros. Market located in the 1200 block of North State Street, in the city of San Jacinto regarding an armed robbery. 
Officers arrived within minutes and determined one suspect entered the market,
zz brandished a handgun, and demanded money from the checkout clerks.
The suspect, described as a male adult wearing dark colored clothing and concealing his face, obtained an undetermined amount of currency and fled the market.  A search for the suspect was conducted and was met with negative results.

Around 5:15 Pm Police responded to a Arm Robbery at the Stater Brothers on the corner of Ramona Expressway and State Street in San Jacinto .

 Officers arrived at the store finding out a male subject entered the business with a hand gun leaving his bike at the front entrance of the store  and demanded money from register 1 and register 2.
 This was confirmed by RSO PIO Deputy Munoz.

There were reports that shots were fired as he fled the store leaving his bike at the entrance with an undisclosed amount of money and ran behind the store where he had a 2nd bike hidden and fled using the 2nd bike.

 Officers are currently searching the area for the suspect at this time. It is still an ongoing investigation.
