Randall Paul Baker is wanted on two counts of child sexual abuse and one count of possession of child pornography. He was to be sentenced this morning and did not appear.

Randall is 47 years old. He is 5’9” 170lbs. He was last known to be driving a 1999 White Chevy S10 Tag Number EPG192
