Resisting arrest with force / Resisting, obstructing, delaying a peace officer
On 02/09/15, at about 06:13 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an address in the 1000 block of S. San Jacinto Avenue reference a disturbing the peace call. Vanessa West (26 yrs) and Patrice Pagano (27 yrs) were uncooperative with the officer. After a brief struggle with the officer, West and Pagano were arrested. Vanessa was arrested for 69 PC, resisting arrest with force, and Pagano was arrested for 148 PC, resisting obstructing, delaying a peace officer. Both subjects were booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/08/15, at about 03:03 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to an address in the 700 block of Agape Avenue, reference a report of a subject brandishing a weapon. Nathaniel Deitrick (24 yrs.) was arrested for 245(a) PC, assault with a deadly weapon, 422 PC, criminal threats and 488 PC, petty theft. Deitrick was booked at the Larry D. Nicholas Millan (27 yrs) was at the location after having been evicted two days earlier. A records check showed Millan had three felony warrants and two misdemeanor warrants. Millan was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/05/15, at about 08:33 p.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious person near the intersection of State Street and Seventh Street. A female was located in a field north of South State, where she was living as a transient. Jamie Fresquez (28 yrs) was found to have a no bail warrant from out of state. She was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/07/15, at about 06:20 a.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a theft at the Walmart, located in the 1800 block of S. San Jacinto Avenue. The suspect, identified as Miguel Valdovinos (28 yrs) left the location in a vehicle prior to officer's arrival but was stopped at the Walgreens driveway and arrested for the theft. Additionally, Valdovinos had a felony no bail warrant out of San Bernardino. He was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Driving under the influence of a controlled substance / Possession of a controlled substance / Possession of an illegal narcotic
On 02/07/15, at about 01:45 a.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department contacted the occupant of a vehicle in the parking lot of a business on San Jacinto Avenue cross of Esplanade Avenue. The vehicle, driven by Venus Manqueros (34 yrs) was parked in a handicapped space without a handicap placard. Manqueros did not have a driver's license and appeared to be under the influence. Manqueros was also in possession of heroin, methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia. She was arrested for 23152(e) VC, driving under of a controlled substance, 11377(a) HS, possession of a controlled substance, and 11350(a) HS, possession of an illegal narcotic. Manqueros was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
