VEHICLE VS POWER POLE CRASHING DOWN LIVE POWER LINES ON 2 VEHICLES AND FLEES SCENE ON FOOT

Last Night, Tuesday July 2nd 2019 a driver hit a power pole on Shaver & San Jacinto and drug the lines down the road and causing live wires to land onto another vehicle who was driving on San Jacinto.

When the lines came down onto the other vehicle the sparks from the lines caused the car to shut down and leaving a family with a small child inside the car.

The Family bravely jumped out of the car without being shocked and was able to go to safety.

The driver who hit the pole fled the scene on foot and moments later while the police was doing their investigation a mother came to the scene in panic saying that is her car and that they just reported it stolen about 10 mins ago.

She stated to the police that her son just ran home with blood all over her face.
So it appeared that her son took her car and went on a joy ride...

Alcohol was found by the car that hit the pole and has not been ruled to be a factor of the crash and has not been ruled out.
