Semi tractor trailer hauling bales of hay loses his load on 60 Freeway causing 4 cars to crash shutting freeway down for 5 hours

WHY WAS THE 60 FREEWAY SHUT DOWN FOR OVER 5 HRS THIS MORNING FROM 3:30 AM TO 8:30 AM. IN MORENO VALLEY FROM EAST OF GILMAN SPRINGS ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE INTERSTATE 10
Fire units and AMR units as well other responding CHP officers were stuck miles back in traffic and were no way they could get thru to the scene

Traffic was backed up so bad I decided in order to get you the footage I got out of the car and left my partners there and i walked 4 miles in traffic to get to the scene to bring you this video of what happen due to by the time you arrived it would be mostly cleaned up.
