Hemet Police Arrested Sandra Warner & Giovanni McMillian for the murder of Martin Timothy Mitchell of Bariloche Ln

      Arrests made in homicide case

On 01-05-16 at approximately 7:03 pm, Investigators from the Hemet Police Department contacted Sandra Warner (3-13-93) in the 1200 block of Valencia Ave. Warner was later arrested for Accessory to Murder in relation to the murder of Martin Timothy Mitchell(12-01-59) which occurred in the 4000 block of Bariloche Ln on 12-12-15.

On 01-06-16 at approximately 6:21 pm, Investigators located Giovanni McMillian (8-19-92) in the 2200 block of West Esplanade Ave. McMillian was arrested for homicide in relation to the murder of Martin Timothy Mitchell (12-01-59) which occurred in the 4000 block of Bariloche Ln on 12-12-15.

As of this writing, the investigation is ongoing and there is no further information to release at this time.

		Hemet Police Investigate Homicide

On 12-12-15 at approximately 10:20 am, The Hemet Police Department responded to the 4000 block of Bariloche Ln to conduct a welfare check on a resident after his front door was found open and he could not be located. While checking the location, officers located a white male adult deceased inside the residence. The subject showed obvious signs of trauma indicating that the death was a homicide. Detectives from the Hemet Police Department arrived a short time later and assumed the investigation. As of this writing, the investigation is ongoing and there is no further information to release at this time.
