Temecula Assailant Die's in fight with Winchester Girl
19 year old Temecula resident Joseph O'Donnell, succumbed to inures suffered in a heated aargumnet between a 19 year old Winchester resident Cheyenne Ambriehl Armstrong at 10 minutes till 6:00 on Tuesday December 15, 2015.
According to Riverside Sheriff and Cororner jail information, Cheyenne Ambriehl Armstrong has been arrested and charged with a 187(A) Murder with Malice. She is being held under the No Bail at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
Investigators for the Temecula Police Department, learned that approximately 2:00am an argument occurred between Joeseph and Cheyenne resulting in Cheyenne used a weapon to deleiver a fatal blow to Joseph who died just a few hours later.
It is not clear what the two were fighting about there are friends on each others Facebook page
Nothing in the investigation both officially and/or unofficially posted in any reports or public journalism following this case refers to or leads to anything that would refer to Joseph, the victim, as an assailant, as your Title declares. However, what is official, based on her public arraignment today that was conducted at 1:30pm at the SW County Riverside Court, is that she is charged with 187 (a) Murder w/ Malice. This is all public official record and can be clearly seen by anyone that is interested and takes more than two minutes two write an innacurate blog. I am a huge advocate of freedom of press and freelance journalism, but it must be done with respect and humility and with the decency to atleast use proper verbiage in regard to the parties involved. It's the least that can be done in respect for the deceased and the families.
ReplyDeleteThis case is so sad. The D.A. is trying everythinget he can to get this girl imprisoned. This article says nothing of the boy who truly committed this murder. It says nothing how the boy used her phone to set up the kid. It says nothing on how this abomination of a district attorney failed to conduct a lie detection test. My prayers go out to you cheyanne.
